Here are the Top 10 questions that we are often asked:

1. How much does it cost to enroll in your courses?

Enroll fee will vary according to the course.  Click on the “Enroll Now” button on any of the pages on our website or social media channels - and the most current prices will be listed there

2. Where do I go to access the content?

After you have enrolled and completed payment, you will receive a receipt along with a link that includes your login credentials.  Any challenges should be emailed to us at:  [email protected]

3. How long does it take to complete the courses?

The in-person Introduction to the VA Industry workshop is a one-day course.  All of our other online courses are self-directed so that YOU can determine how quickly you work through the content.  Membership access to the online courses will expire 120 days after initial enrollment.

4. Do you offer in-class training?

No.  All of our courses are delivered online ONLY - with the exception of the 1-day Introduction to the VA Industry workshop.

5. What is the schedule for the live online training events?

Live online training is delivered once per week, 3 hours per event.  Each week, the content will rotate according to the module.  You will receive the training schedule by email after you have enrolled and completed payment.

6. Are there any eligibility or entry requirements?

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment.  There are no other eligibility requirements.

7. Do you have special pricing for college or university students?

YES!  Discounted pricing is given to those who can provide proof of current enrollment at the time of registering for any of our courses.

8. Does MGVA Academy guarantee VA jobs for their students?

No.  Paid assignments are always granted at the discretion of the clients and agency-partners requesting VA services.  That is why we cannot guarantee jobs to our participants.

9. Are there any internship opportunities available?

YES!  From time-to-time there will be both paid AND unpaid internship opportunities through MGVA Academy.  Front of the line access is given to our current and past students.
